Nurtura offers a 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Unless otherwise specified on the product page:
Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery

Defects in materials
Defects in workmanship
Malfunctions under normal, intended use
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage from use not in accordance with product instructions
Nurtura does not require warranty registration.
Your order confirmation and proof of purchase (such as your email receipt) serve as your warranty record. Please keep this information for the duration of your warranty period.
If you believe your product is defective and covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

Product name
Date of purchase
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if needed.
If your warranty claim is approved, Nurtura may, at its discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or
Offer store credit or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
We will clearly communicate the resolution before proceeding.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from officialnurtura.com.
Nurtura is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, to the extent permitted by law.
