Refund policy

At Nurtura, your satisfaction matters. All Nurtura dietary supplements are protected by our 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your first purchase of any supplement, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date (or within 60 days of delivery for international customers).

We want you to feel confident trying our products, which is why returns are not required. Simply contact our support team and we’ll take care of the rest.


Eligibility for Refund

To keep our guarantee fair and consistent for all customers:

  • Refunds apply to your first purchase of a specific product.

  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.

  • Additional purchases of the same product are final and non‑refundable.

  • Purchasing multiple units of the same product may affect eligibility. If multiple units were purchased, we may request that any unopened bottles be returned at your expense.

This policy ensures every customer can try our supplements risk‑free while maintaining fairness across all orders.


Shipping Costs

All Nurtura orders ship free to the United States and Canada. Because we do not charge shipping fees, there are no shipping costs to refund. Refunds apply to the product cost only.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or if the package is refused:

  • We can reship the order to an updated address at no additional shipping cost, or

  • We can issue a refund for the product cost only.

Since shipping is free, no shipping fees are deducted. For USA and Canada orders, no additional carrier or customs fees apply.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not begun processing, we will issue a full refund including shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Contact the carrier first.

  2. Then reach out to us — we’ll assist however we can. Please note: Nurtura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
